I'm home!

I know my mom is sad that I left, and I am too, but I am also so happy to be at home. You forget what it is like to be in your home with free reign over the place, etc...I cooked spaghetti tonight and it was yummy! I got to use my pots and pans...the little things that get me excited...haha!

Tomorrow we are trick-or-treating with Decovin and taking him to see his grandparents and most of his great-grandparents...should be a fun night...plus, we get the candy...heh heh heh!

P.S. Our grass looks dead...what can I say? We are not grass/garden people...**sigh** Oh and our wall managed to at least survive the hard rains, but dirt is still washing away REALLY badly and still flushing our driveway...GRRRRRRR What the heck?!

Jen,

Thanks so much for everything. I can't wait to see Decovin in his costume tonight. Oh, before I forget, you left your grocery cart cover in the car. So has Decovin explored everything and knows where he can and cannot go? Of course it is the cannot goes where he will want to go first thing. lol

Did you make any phone calls yesterday to the builder about your yard? I hope you can get it fixed as cost efficient as possible. If all else fails, you might ask your Aunt Marilyn for suggestions. She took some kind of landscaping course I think. Just a suggestion.

Be safe on the road tonight.

I also forgot Decovin's frozen veggies in the freezer and my silver winter coat in the coat closet...don't let me forget them...if you could bring those three items to Christy's tonight, that would be helpful! :-) Thanks and we will hopefully see you tonight assuming Bob does not get stuck at work or whatever! :-)

Hey, Jen. I agree with your mom. Call the builder and ask them to fix the lawn. If there's no luck that route, I would suggest a heavy duty retaining wall (as in concrete it in). My house has a similar hill-lawn and that's how my parents fixed it. I'll send you pix next time Toby has weeded. LOL!
