Bob & I have officially registered for the 5k Run/Walk in Chicago, IL with the non-for-profit colon cancer coalition. I just love their campain slogan: "Get Your Rear In Gear"! (http://www.getyourrearingear.com/) Such good advise! So with that said, get yourself screened even if you think you are too young to worry about it! It can hit ya at any age!
