Potty Training

Well, I think we have officially mastered the "pooping" portion of potty training. Now to get him to NOT wait until it is too late to make it to the toilet for peeing. He will literally make it to the bathroom jumping up and down and then proceed to stand in front of the toilet and pee his pants...it's like he can't get his pants down fast enough so why bother. GAH! He is too busy playing to be bothered with such things. I guess it could be worse...he could be peeing on the carpet still. Linoleum is easy enough to clean. *sigh* We're getting there! I do enjoy not having to buy diapers or pull-ups for him. He wears undies ALL the time! It rocks...just a few messes here and there to clean up, nothing I can't handle...just wish he wouldn't wait so long!! Boys!

Hey, shut up! Nathan still has no inclination to use or go near the potty. We tried the Dr. Phil method of having him "teach" his stuffed Elmo. He thought that was great fun, but didn't want to have any part of doing it himself. I swear, he'll be in diapers until college.

I swore D would be getting married in diapers too! I guess they all have their own little clock of when they want to do/learn things! Gah! Good luck!
