HELLO SWELLING!

I had my first experience with swollen feet! OH MY WORD! I must have eaten too much salt! My feet swelled up like balloons! It went away overnight but man did it hurt! I am going to refrain from wearing heels at all costs now and limit my salt intake! OY VAY!
