I am SURE he didn't feel a thing. I had 12 of them (that is what the doc wrote in my chart) after my c-section and I was FREAKIN' out about them removing them, as they had to be removed before I could leave the hospital. PAINLESS and EASY....NOW, a week later was a different story, there was a 13th one. LOL. Yeah, I won't lie it felt like someone pinching me when they removed it....a little pain only because my scar had sealed up around it. RUTHIE, they aren't as bad as one would think.
The staples look "crimped" after it is removed...completely painless it seemed! :-)

They just look evil. I mean really. Rob had them in his back after back surgery and it was like a zipper with all those staples. i.
